2. What HubCoupon provides

HubCoupon is a coupon and cashback publisher. We list promo codes and deals and provide tracked links to merchants. Codes and merchant offers are supplied “as is”. Prices, stock, and promotional terms can change without notice. A listed code may not work at checkout.

3. Affiliate links

Outbound links may include affiliate tracking (including Admitad, Awin, and CJ). When you buy after clicking our link, the merchant or network may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Cashback rules

Cashback is a share of our affiliate commission, not a discount from the merchant.
Cashback is credited only after the merchant and the affiliate network confirm the transaction.
Pending amounts can be cancelled or adjusted for returns, cancellations, cancelled orders, self-purchases, or invalid traffic.
Using another coupon site, browser extension, or a code not issued through HubCoupon after clicking our link may void tracking and cashback.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and payout methods are shown in your account.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

Create multiple accounts to abuse cashback or referrals.
Publish fake, invented, or knowingly expired codes as if they were verified.
Use bots, scrapers, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized or misleading traffic, or any method that violates advertiser or network rules (including Admitad publisher rules).
Interfere with tracking, attribution, or other users’ accounts.

We may suspend accounts and withhold cashback for suspected fraud or policy violations.

6. Network program rules

Clicks and sales through a given network are also subject to that network’s publisher agreement. Invalid or non-compliant traffic may be declined by Admitad or other networks; in that case no cashback is due.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubCoupon is not liable for merchant errors, failed codes, delayed or declined conversions, or network decisions. Our service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
